Our services enable clients to live as comfortably and securely as possible in their own homes, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
We select only Care Workers of the highest quality. Everyone undergoes a rigorous recruitment procedure, including an Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check and a three-day Induction Programme before working for Guardian. Specialist training is provided by our in-house sister company, Pareto, ensuring that the Common Induction Standards are achieved within prescribed timescales and that our workers are fully equipped to deal with their client group.
